Maiden-Art operates under a multi-brand structure, including but not limited to:

Digital products may be sold under:

  • Maiden-Art brand
  • Ebooks4fashion.com brand (digital division of Maiden-Art ecosystem)

All digital products are governed by the same digital delivery rules stated in this agreement.

5. Product Information Disclaimer

All product descriptions, images, and materials are for illustrative purposes only.

Due to global sourcing and production:

  • Minor variations in color, material, or finish may occur
  • Products may vary depending on supplier or production batch
  • Images are not always exact representations of final products

These variations are not considered defects.

6. Pricing & Availability

7. Orders & Payment

8. Digital Products – Special Terms (IMPORTANT)

This section applies to all digital products sold under Maiden-Art and Ebooks4fashion.com.

By purchasing digital products, you acknowledge that:

  • Delivery begins immediately after payment confirmation
  • You expressly consent to immediate access to digital content
  • You lose your right of withdrawal once download or access begins, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU

No refund applies for digital products except in cases of:

  • Technical failure preventing access
  • Duplicate payment
  • Verified system or seller error

9. Right of Withdrawal (Physical Products Only)

Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving physical goods.

We voluntarily extend this period to a 30-day return window for eligible physical products.

This right does NOT apply to:

  • Digital products once accessed or downloaded
  • Custom or made-to-order items (if applicable and clearly stated)

10. Returns & Refunds (Physical Products)

Returns must comply with our Return Policy:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Returns require prior authorization

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Shipping delays
  • Third-party service failures
  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy and applicable EU consumer protection laws.
