Materials and Care Instructions
Maiden-Art jewelry collections are hand made, nickel free, hypoallergenic, hand varnished and made in Italy.
Our collections are manufactured in the best quality materials, small irregularities are distinctive features and should not be considered as imperfections.
Materials used: crystals, rhinestones, Swarovski, glass beads, natural semi precious stones, true leather, brass and copper.
Care instructions: brass cleaner to polish and do not spray perfumes on top to avoid tarnishing.
Maiden-Art certifies that this product contains no substances which can harm health and environment.
Eligibility to purchase
In order to make purchases through the website and in person, you will be requested to register and provide your personal details.
Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated.
Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide your payment details, and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct.
We reserve the right to alter our prices at any time.
The prices on the product page are indicated including VAT / IVA. The total amount of the order including VAT is visualized in the shopping cart on the checkout page.

- Ready to Ship Jewelry will be fulfilled and sent out in 1-2 business days.
- Made to Order Jewelry will be fulfilled and sent out in 7-10 business days.
- Apparel + Home Living will be fulfilled and sent out in about 2-7 business days.

Be sure to select a delivery method that will allow your item to be delivered in a fast and timely manner. Please contact us before purchasing if you have different specific requests about shipping methods. Any different shipment is by extra payment.A different shipping method cost will be added to your order payment only by request.

*Jewelry orders are shipped from Italy, Apparel and Accessories are shipped from Latvia. Delivery times for abroad, in consideration of the great diversification existing between country and country, are to be considered indicative.

Here's how you can request a Refund or a Product Exchange:
Please send an email to email@example.com within 30 days from the day when you have received your order with:
- order number #
- the product code you want to exchange or you want to ask a refund for
- take a picture of what you have received.
You MUST return your item within 30 days from the reception (otherwise I will not be able to provide a refund or an exchange).
Ship your order back to: Maiden-Art boutique, via Cavour 26-28, 21021 Angera (VA) ITALY.
Put your jewelry/accessory in the same box, packaging you have received. The box or packaging MUST be the original one and NOT damaged.
The return shipment will be at your own expenses.
I can also book for you the courier to ship back your order, but I will deduct the courier expenses from the refund's amount.
Maiden-Art is not responsible for any delivery failure of the return shipment.
Once we receive your order, We will verify the integrity of what you have returned like: the jewelry or accessory + the packaging.
Maiden-Art will NOT provide a Refund if:
- the jewelry or accessories are worn, damaged, not perfectly intact.
- the box and packaging are damaged and not perfectly intact.
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by Maiden-Art.
If your return is in the perfect condition, We will notify you by email that We will issue a refund.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase only by PAYPAL or Credit Cards.
Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.

We offer you a 30 Days Guarantee for Damaged and Broken Jewelry from the date of purchase.
Here's how you can request a product repair or exchange:
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days from the day when you have received or purchased your order (online and in store) with:
- order number # or receipt of purchase from our store in Italy.
- the product code you want to exchange or you want to be repaired
- take a picture of the broken / damaged item.
You MUST return your broken / damaged item within 30 days from the reception of your order online or from the purchase in our physical store.
Please Ship your order back to: Maiden-Art boutique, via Cavour 26-28, 21021 Angera (VA) ITALY.
Put your damaged / broken jewelry into a box with your original urchase receipt.
Please include the original receipt of the purchase or the order # so We can process your exchange or We can offer you a store credit.
Without the receipt of the purchase, We are unable to process your exchange or offer you a store credit.
The return shipment will be at your own expenses.
Once we receive your broken / damaged jewelry and your purchase receipt, we will verify it and we can:
repair it for free or exchange it for a different style of the same value or offer you a store credit.
We will ship back to you, your broken / damaged jewelry repaired it.
In this case the shipment is at our own expenses.
If you want to exchange your item for a different style of the same value, the shipping costs are at your expenses.
Store credit will be deducted from your new purchase.
- We cannot exchange or refund Jewelry on Sale or Discounted from our online store or physical store.
- After 30 Days from your purchase or your order receipt, We can still offer you a Free Repair for damaged / broken jewelry, but all shipping costs will be at your expenses.
Maiden-Art shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
