Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Overview

Maiden-Art offers worldwide shipping on all orders.

All products are processed and fulfilled through a global logistics network. Depending on the product type, availability, and production method, items may be shipped from fulfillment centers located in the European Union, United States, or China.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept that fulfillment location may vary.


2. Order Processing Time

All orders require processing time before shipment.

  • Standard processing time: 2–6 business days

  • During high demand periods: up to 15 business days

Processing time refers to order preparation, production (for print-on-demand or made-to-order items), and warehouse handling before dispatch.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer free standard international shipping on all orders.

Estimated Delivery Time (After Dispatch)

  • 1–15 business days worldwide

Delivery times are estimates and depend on:

  • Destination country

  • Local postal services

  • Customs processing

  • Carrier performance

We always aim for the fastest possible delivery, but exact timing cannot be guaranteed.


4. Fulfillment Locations

To ensure efficient global delivery, orders may be fulfilled from different locations depending on product availability:

  • European Union warehouses

  • United States warehouses

  • China-based warehouses and production partners

Some items may also be produced on demand (print-on-demand) after the order is placed.


5. Customs, Taxes & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees depending on the destination country.

These charges:

  • Are not included in the product or shipping price

  • Are determined by local authorities

  • Are the responsibility of the customer

We recommend checking local import regulations before placing an order.


6. Tracking Information

Where available, tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to become active after dispatch.


7. Shipping Delays

While we work with reliable logistics partners, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Customs inspections

  • Peak seasonal demand

  • Carrier disruptions

  • International transit conditions

These delays are outside our control and do not qualify for automatic refunds.


8. Returns & Return Shipping (Physical Products Only)

If you wish to return an item, you must contact our customer support team before sending anything back.

We will provide the correct return instructions and address based on your order and fulfillment location.

Important:

  • Returns must be authorized before shipment

  • Items must be in original, unused condition

  • Returns must be sent to the designated fulfillment center

Return Shipping Costs:

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs


9. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.

We will review the case and offer an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • Replacement

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund (if applicable)


10. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is complete and accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect address details


11. Important Notice

By placing an order, customers acknowledge that:

  • Products are fulfilled internationally

  • Shipping origin may vary by item

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees

  • Customs delays and carrier delays are outside our control
