Right of Withdrawal

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMER LAW)

1. Right of Withdrawal (Physical Products)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by a clear statement (e.g. email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use a model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

We may deduct from the reimbursement any loss in value of the goods if the goods are not returned in their original condition.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal request. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you inform us of withdrawal.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal (Digital Products)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products once the download, streaming, or access has begun.

By purchasing digital products, you expressly agree that:

the execution of the contract begins immediately after purchase
you consent to immediate delivery of digital content
you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access or download begins, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU

Refunds for digital products are only possible in the case of:

technical issues preventing access
duplicate payments
verified errors caused by us

4. Return Conditions (Physical Products)

Returned items must:

be unused and in original condition
include original packaging
show no signs of damage or wear

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet:

check your bank account
contact your payment provider (it may take time before the refund is posted)
