Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed on Maiden-Art, it is immediately forwarded for processing within our global fulfillment system.

Because of this, cancellation is only possible within a limited time frame.

Cancellation Window

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not yet entered processing, production, or shipment stages.

After this period, or once processing has begun, orders can no longer be guaranteed for cancellation.


2. Processed or Shipped Orders

If an order has already been:

  • Processed

  • Prepared for shipping

  • Dispatched

  • Or fulfilled through a third-party supplier

it can no longer be cancelled.

In these cases, the customer may still request a return once the item has been delivered, according to our Refund & Returns Policy.


3. Made-to-Order, Dropshipping & Print-on-Demand Items

Many products are fulfilled through:

  • Dropshipping suppliers

  • Print-on-demand production partners

  • International warehouses

Because these items are often processed immediately after purchase, cancellation is not guaranteed once production or fulfillment has started.


4. Digital Products

Digital products (including downloads, eBooks, templates, and online content) are delivered immediately after purchase.

For this reason:

  • Cancellations are not possible once access or download has been granted

  • Refunds are only issued in cases of technical issues or duplicate payments, as described in our Refund Policy

By purchasing digital products, customers agree to immediate delivery and access.


5. Pre-Orders (If Applicable)

If a product is marked as a pre-order or backorder, customers acknowledge that:

  • The item is not immediately available in stock

  • Production or restocking times may apply

  • Payment may be taken at checkout or prior to shipment

Pre-orders can be cancelled only before processing or fulfillment begins.

Once production or fulfillment has started, cancellation is no longer guaranteed.


6. Subscription Products (If Applicable)

If subscription-based products or services are offered:

  • Subscriptions may renew automatically depending on the selected plan

  • Customers can cancel subscriptions at any time from their account or by contacting support

  • Cancellation will apply to future billing cycles only

Already processed or shipped subscription items cannot be cancelled.


7. Important Notes

By placing an order, customers acknowledge that:

  • Orders are processed quickly due to automated fulfillment systems

  • Cancellation is not always possible after purchase

  • Different product types (physical, POD, digital) may have different fulfillment rules

  • Our Refund & Returns Policy applies once an order has been fulfilled
