Dear Rockmantic readers,

here in Italy it's burning and I'm still working in my boutique in Angera, Lake Maggiore,
but it's absolutely hot, never like it before.

So I decided to try something new and I thought to share it with you:
a delicious recipe to make free detox smoothies, that you might like to try for yourself.

One of my favorite is the Berry Detox Smothie,  perfect to get back in shape, to feel lighter and stronger and to refresh yourself in this hot Summer!

Have a look to this fantastic recipe here below:

Ingredients:

4-5 frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup almond/coconut milk (unsweetened)
1 Tablespoon honey
1 Tablespoon fresh grated ginger
juice from 1/2 lemon or 1/2 lemon peeled & seeds taken out
1 Tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a blender (except the chia seeds) and blend till smooth.
Stir in the chia seeds.
Do 1/2 cup blueberries 1/2 cup raspberries.
Store your ginger in the freezer so you always have fresh on hand!
